For our Product Development department, we are looking for a:
Highly Driven Product (Development) Manager
to create new, innovative, high-quality products.

About the Position
You will be working closely with designers on concepts for our collections, as well as being responsible for the product development process and managing the technical aspects (size tables, samples and structures) of the products. Throughout this process, you will focus on quality, fit and prize and make sure everything is clearly and accurately documented. You will be reporting to the Director of Product Development and Production. If you see any opportunities to improve processes, we will expect you to share these with us. You will also be giving internal product training.

Are You Our Perfect Candidate?
You should have at least a higher secondary vocational education diploma (MBO in the Dutch education system) and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (for example, Amsterdam Fashion Institute) and have gained solid experience in similar positions. You love the challenge of developing excellent, innovative products, and although you’re a team player, you also work well independently. In addition, you are an analytical and goal-oriented thinker, always keep track of the big picture, and have excellent organisational and planning skills. You have an avid interest in fashion, motorcycle gear and/or sportswear and – preferably – motorcycles. You have an excellent command of Dutch and speak English as a second language. Since we’re a young team, you should ideally be aged 30 or younger, and if you ride a motorcycle, that’s definitely a bonus.

ICT Support Engineer

About The Position
The ICT Support Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of hardware, software, scripts and tools. Further, the ICT Support Engineer offers first line support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software. Support can be provided in person, over the phone or online. The ICT Support Engineer addresses issues ranging from network systems to individual desktop computers. The ICT Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining the company’s computer services and equipment, including troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems, installing or updating required hardware and software and recommending computer products or equipment to improve company productivity.

Are You The Perfect Candidate?

You will play a key role in enabling users to work efficiently and pleasantly, striving for optimum support and maintenance.You will be working in our Headquarters in Oss and you preferably live in the Netherlands.

  • You have knowledge of the usage and possibilities of desktops, servers and common business software in a Microsoft based network environment.
  • Knowledge of Apple OS, MS SQL server and virtualization through V-sphere within a domain are preferred.
  • Ability in and experience of installing hard and software, the provision of user instructions and skilled in resolving reasonably common disruptions, as well as anticipating on a possible occurrence.
  • You have knowledge of the tools for registration and administration with regard to application and systems maintenance and issue tracking.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English and service oriented attitude.
  • Qualifications on Microsoft based business software are definitely preferred.
  • Proven 2 year work experience in a similar position.
  • Relevant MBO/HBO education.

For our Product Design department, we are looking for a:
Product Designer Sport (40 hours)
to design functional and fashionable motorcycle gear

About the Position
You will be designing a variety of products for the REV’IT! Sport collection (so-called Precision Collection) that are in line with our core values: innovation, design and performance. Besides creating high-quality designs for our commercial collection, you will also be involved in designing suits for our professional athletes and accompanying merchandise collections. Improving the functional properties of the product is another important task. You will be working closely with the Product Manager, who is responsible for coordinating the product development process. During this process, you will also make detail drawings and review clothing samples. You will select fabrics and components, visit trade fairs and exhibitions and liaise with suppliers, and we will also expect you to provide inspiring and creative input for new concepts for collections and products. You will carefully document and report all your work to the Creative Director.

Are You Our Perfect Candidate?
You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant programme (Design Academy or the ArtEZ Institute of the Arts) and have held similar positions in the past three years. For our Sport collection (Precision Collection), graphic skills are particularly important. You must have a solid knowledge of relevant software applications, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You enjoy the challenge of improving designs and coming up with creative and functional solutions, and you have a keen interest in fashion/sportswear and design in general. You’re an out-of-the-box thinker who is meticulous and has an eye for quality, and have a good command of English. If you ride a motorcycle, that’s definitely a bonus.
